Let's start with placing an order. It’s really simple!

Choose the product you wish to purchase, select the product quantity, size,

colour, etc. you would like to receive, and add the product to your shopping

cart by clicking the “Buy” button. If you still want to continue shopping and

choose other products to be added to your order, press “Continue Shopping”

button and follow the above-mentioned procedure once again.

Please note that every time you add a product, your Basket opens

automatically so that you could place your order right away. If you closed

your Basket either intentionally or by accident, you can always return to it

by clicking on the “Basket” button in the top right corner of the screen.

Please also note that various clothing items come from different

manufacturers and, therefore, may vary in size. To avoid disappointment,

please carefully review the size guide provided for each item. If in doubt,

the best thing you can do is to measure a garment that fits you well. Lay

your garment flat on a table. Take a measuring tape and carefully measure all

the areas as indicated in size guide then find the closest match.

Once you have everything you want (at least for now!) sitting in the Basket

and are ready to check out, just press the “Place Order” button. You will be

taken to the next page and invited to complete your contact details as well

as delivery address. Please ensure to provide valid e-mail and phone number

so that our managers can contact you when necessary and inform you about the

delivery timings.

If you have any questions or special requests about your order, enter them in

the the “Notes” field.

The next stage is payment which is rather straightforward. Click the "Pay"

button, fill in all the required fields, and complete the payment.

In case you would like to clarify anything about your order before making

payment, please contact us via email/phone provided on the website. Once all

is sorted, you will receive the invoice with payment details by e-mail.

Please ensure to send us your proof of payment by return so we could process

your order.

For customers in Poland and Czech Rebublic

Payment.For our customers in Poland and the Czech Republic, payment is made

in local currency by Western Union bank transfer, or through the Fondy

payment system. Your order will be dispatched full payment is received (in

the amount of not less than 10 Euro equivalent). This is due to the fact that

when you place your order from outside of Ukraine, we have to pay shipping

costs ourselves and are unable to receive payment by other means upon receipt

of your order.

Delivery. Delivery in the territory of Poland and the Czech Republic is

carried out by their respective national postal operators: by "Poczta Polska"

in Poland, and by "Česká pošta" in the Czech Republic. Orders are delivered

to your nearest post branch within 18 business days.

For customers in Ukraine

For deliveries within Ukraine, two more payment options are available: by

invoice and upon receipt of the order at a “Nova Poshta” branch. However,

please note that you will then be charged additional shipping fee of 4% of

the order amount (the amount including the commission is indicated in the

“Nova Poshta” documentation, in the Payment Control field).

Another payment option in direct debit to our Privatbank account via Privat

24 application or at the terminal (branch) of Privatbank.

Delivery. Within Ukraine, orders are delivered by "Nova Poshta" to your

preferred within 1-3 working days.

Returns or exchanges are made by the same postal operators (by "Poczta

Polska" in Poland, and by "Česká pošta" in the Czech Republic, and by "Nova

Poshta" in Ukraine. Postal charges for returns/exchanges are borne by you

(please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped

back). Once we receive the shipment and confirm that all returned items are

in their original condition (not worn, damaged, etc.), the refund will be

made to your bank account.
